Please note our various reservation and cancellation policies.
If you reserve by telephone, through our website or by e-mail, the following conditions apply:
Individual bookings can be cancelled 72 hours prior to the day of arrival without further costs. After this delay, we charge a no-show fee equivalent to your first night’s room rate.
Group Reservations from 5 rooms
For a group we can kindly pre reserve the rooms in option, up to a date, according to our interlocutor, subject to any further requests for the same dates.
At the end of this option’s date and if you still want to book these rooms and confirm your request, please be so kind to send us your written confirmation or annulations by email and guarantee your reservation with a prepayment (non refundable) of 50% of the total bill.
This amount needs to be paid 15 days after your confirmation.
As soon as we receive your payment, non-refundable, the group is guaranteed.
The balance should be paid within 15 working days before your arrival date, the rooming list is considered as the final invoice.
All annulations must be confirmed 15 days before arrival, or the entire amount will be charged.
To take into consideration further changes regarding your booking, please notify 15 days prior to the arrival of your group.
You can cancel 10% of the total nights reserved up to 15 days of the arrival.
The rooming list must be communicated to us 15 days before your arrival.
In case you want to cancel completely your group, the following fees are applied:
From the reception of the non refundable deposit till 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total bill (Rooms and conference room)
From 14 till 0 days : 100% of the total bill (Rooms, conference room and catering service)

External Booking Channel
If you have booked your room via an external Booking Channel, please note that it is only possible to cancel via the according Booking Channel.
30-15 days in advance: 50% of total invoice (Rooms, conference rooms)
14-7 days in advance: 75% of total invoice (Rooms, conference rooms & meals)
6-0 days in advance: 100% of total invoice (Rooms, conference rooms & meals)
